Digital service
Outdoor Living Weather Patio Studio sells render credits for a digital service. A board is generated on demand the moment you spend a credit, so refund terms reflect the nature of digital, made-to-order content. All amounts are in US dollars ($).
Spent credits
Credits that have been used to render a board are non-refundable, because the digital board has already been produced and delivered to you.
Unused credits
If you have unused credits and you have not been able to use the service as described, you may request a refund of those unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued in US dollars to the original payment method once checkout is enabled.
Service problems
If a render fails due to a fault on our side and no usable board is delivered, the credit will be restored to your balance, or refunded if you prefer.
Payment status
Payment provider pending — no card is charged and no payment is collected until checkout is enabled. This policy explains how refunds will work once payments go live.
How to request a refund
Email support@outdoorliv.shop with your account email and details of the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
